We drive past the Houses of Parliament, and old Tyburn, scene of public hangings, and then we walk, weather permitting, the Thames river walk on the South bank passing by the Globe Theatre and Tate Modern before arriving at your dinner venue. Continuing on the coach tour, we enter the City of London and London's notorious East End which, in 1888, was subjected to a reign of terror by Jack the Ripper. We walk in the steps of the 'Ripper' visiting the murder sites and Ten Bells pub in Whitechapel and hear tales of the Demon Barber, Sweeney Todd, grave robbers, body snatchers, and much more! This iconic monument has stood on Salisbury Hill for nearly 5000 years. We will be allowed to enter the stone circle and enjoy an exclusive sunset or dawn viewing of Stonehenge whilst learning more about its mysteries and legends. We travel on to Bath, a veritable museum to the Roman and Georgian periods of England's history. We drive through this elegant city to admire the 18th century architecture, Bath Abbey and Pulteney Bridge. In Cambridge we take you for a walking tour of some of the 31 colleges which dominate the town. We will see the oldest college, Peterhouse, founded in the 11th century by disaffected Oxford students. Then Trinity College, founded by Henry VIII, whose statue is over the gate, holding a wooden chair leg, and King's College, the most famous sight in Cambridge. In Oxford we truly journey through another world as we stroll around the 'City of Dreaming Spires', home to the world's most famous university. Its colleges date back to the 13th century and we visit the grandest of them all, Christ Church. Tue and Sat during May and September only.

Steeped in history, rich in heritage and awash with natural beauty, the area of England known as the Cotswolds is a charming blend of bustling market towns, sleepy villages, and breathtaking natural scenery. We visit the thriving old wool town of Burford, then Bilbury once described by William Morris as the 'most beautiful village in the Cotswolds', followed by Bourton-on-the Water, Stow-on-the-Wold and Broadway (time allowing). Your Day Trip to Paris will begin at London's Waterloo International or St. Pancas where you will board the Eurostar. Arrive in the heart of Paris in approximately 3 hours.

After arriving in Paris, your hop-on/hop-off tours starts right outside the station. Hop on and off as often as you please and see Paris in your own time and at your own pace on board L'OpenTour. Enjoy fantastic views from the open top deck with commentary in English and French via individual head sets.

Tours operate daily from 40 stops on 3 different routes. Buses depart every 15 minutes between 1000 and 1800 from April to October and every 25-30 minutes between 1000 and 1600 from November to March. Reservations are not required.

Take the opportunity to window shop along the Rue de Rivoli, visit some of Paris' many museums and art galleries, soak up the atmosphere in one of Paris's idyllic cafés or bustling restaurants before returning to the Eurostar for your return journey.
